There is not a lot of meaningful variation between instant pot models that I have found aside from the size. In my personal experience, the larger ones can be a bit unwieldy for every-day use and cleaning and so I'd recommend getting the smallest one that seems reasonable for your needs. I have [this](https://a.co/d/c1w6eCG) 3-Quart model that doesn't take up much counter space and is easy to get in the sink/dishwasher when it's time to clean. It is plenty large for my family of 3 and I use it multiple times per week.
